“Can i use this Outside? basically will it last under a shelter in the summer/winter in Wisconsin through the humidity and cold”

• I would not recommend using it outside. Like most receivers it has vents on top for heat dissipation and I imagine that moisture will enter there. In addition, it is not a good idea to expose electronic equipment to temperature extremes unless they are specifically designed for it.
