“My Receiver says no stream.i can't get any sound out. I've tried everything to get NO STREAM off. Nothing has worked. Any idea??”

I have the same problem! I bought this unit 2-3 years ago and suddenly two months ago I couldn't get a TV audio connection. Everything that required streaming thru the TV video didn't work....TV, DVD, and the on screen settings menu. I changed the HDMI cable, swapped TVs, and even changed out the receiver board that contained the HDMI receptacle. Nothing helped. Only thing that works now is the radio. Big Deal. Ironically, I bought two of these Sony receivers because they were less than $175.00. The other one still works good. Let me know if you ever figure it out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.On mine, I see No Stream if the receiver is trying to receive a signal from the wrong input. I have Frontier FiOS TV, and the hdmi feed is coming into the SAT/CATV connection. When the receiver is on, the FiOS box sends the signal to the receiver in that connection, and the receiver has to be looking for it there. Use the remote and make sure to press the SAT/CATV button at the top to tell the receiver to look for a signal there. (or push the button at the top of the remote that matches where your input is coming in.)
