“I hooked up a Samsung sound bar through the digital optical plug (the little square kind) from my sound bar to my receiver. I have all the HDMI's in and one out to the TV. How do I get sound to work?”

• Sorry after back checking the receiver only has optical in not optical out. You would need to go from your TV optical out to the receiver optical in. Make sure that the audio settings are all correct for the devices you hook up.

• If you go into settings you should be able to change the audio to output through optical.

• Hi Trevorious, please make sure that you have selected the correct input on the receiver. The TV should also be set to output sound using external speakers. The said setting can be adjusted under your TV's audio/sound menu. Thanks, -Mark
