“Could I connect a Rocketfish 4-zone speaker selector to this receiver, maybe to the "front" zone? That way I could get the home theater surround but also run other speakers throughout the house?”

Hi KenTampa, You may try but we do not guarantee that it will work perfectly. We highly suggest to get a receiver with ZONE 2 feature. Thanks, >Joffrey
