Can the 910c be tilted without issues? null

My TV is mounted on a low profile wall mount with vertical tilt (not the one that comes with the TV) and the screen is tilted down towards the seating area about 1.5 to 2 inches. I have had no problems.

Yes. Mine is. I decided to mount mine using 1/2" plywood behind it to give the drywall some support.

Yes, the tv is VESA compliant. I currently am using a simple fixed position mount because the mount that comes with the tv would not allow for my hdmi cords to fit behind it since they are very stiff cables.

No, the TV is not recommded that you tilt it.
