i've had a lot of Sonys even the 13 inch from japan, and still working no screen problems, i also use dryer sheets also to clean the screen and it does help to keep the dust down longer after you clean it with some of what sony recommends to use.hope this helps to answer you question.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure what screen made of seems like a good plastic ..... have owned many Sony tv never had issue scratching , just clean micro fiber with water mild detergent , don't spray directly on tv apply to rag first.
