I had a NEC TV that wouldn't work with any codes I could find. I bought this remote and "taught" it the commands from the remote that came with the TV and it works great now. That's actually why I bought this remote, because you can make it work with any device as long as you have the original manufactures remote. If you invest a little time in the setup this remote can do pretty much whatever you need it too. Definitely recommended.
