QuestionSo i tried playing a movie with an audio option on spanish but the dvd only played it in english even though the movie clearly has a spanish option/version. And it only gave spanish subtitles. Why?

- Answer Hi Billy360, if you're looking for a device that will only be used for watching movies from discs, we recommend getting the Sony S6700 Bluray player. The PlayStation is a great device for viewing too, however, it receives updates from time to time which you need to download, those updates are intended mostly for gaming. Thanks, -Mark

QuestionHow do I split audio and video? HDMI goes into Epson projector Digital Coax goes into an amp/receiver It works with DVDs but not with Netflix, Hulu, etc. Do I need an HDMI splitter to strip the audio, or can I adjust in DVD settings? Thanks

- Answer Hi Rogue, this Bluray player is not capable of playing content/movies with native-4K resolution. It only enhances the resolution of non-4K movies to near 4K quality. Additionally, streaming is only available in full HD. If you need a 4K player, we recommend the UBP-X800 or the UBP-X700, both can play 4K movies from discs and stream in 4K provided that you have a 4K TV. Thanks, -Mark
