• No readout at all. All functions are on-screen only. A small power on, indicator light is on the front panel.

• No read out in faceplate. Just a open/close button and a power button.

• Hello CHAN! No, the design of this Blu-ray player doesn't offer a display on the main unit, in order to be able to view additional information regarding the disc it would be done through the onscreen menu options ~Jeannette
