“Is a credit card necessary? Firestick and Ruku make you give them your credit card number "for your security" in order to use them even to view free things and things like Netflix which I already have an account to. Does this product stream from Netflix and YouTube without a credit card or does this work the same as Firestick and Ruku?”

• No this is a Blu-Ray that has streaming capabilities not a cable alternative like Roku or Apple TV
