A:Answer SEE MY OTHER ANSWER FOR 2D TO 3D CONVERSION.. Also , I did alot of research. THIS IS WHAT I THINK IS TRUE. [This is for active 3D TV's only]. Some TV's will drop the resolution below 1080p HD in 3D depending on the refresh rate, [60hz, 120hz,] because the rate is cut in half in 3D.[ alternating left and right displays ], and maybe no upscaling, and has lower brightness because of that.. My Sharp Aquos Q+ is 240hz and stays 1080p HD in 3D , has brightness compensation in 3D and has upscaling which may help. With Sony BDPS 6500 Blueray player, VERY IMPRESSIVE DISPLAY. DO SOME RESEARCH !!
