QuestionI bought this turntable a month or two ago, and hadn't used it - now I'm trying to connect to a Marshall Acton Bluetooth speaker and nothing happens - any ideas?

- Answer Turn off other Bluetooths transmitter buttons on smartphones, tablets etc. in the house. Initially place Bluetooth transmitter (turntable) and Bluetooth receiver (speaker) as close together as possible. Turn on the prompt on speaker then turn on prompt on turntable (see instructions for both devices). They should pair but may take several seconds (blue light on turntable will stop blinking and become solid). After they have paired like this, they should automatically pair from then on by just powering up the devices, but it sometimes requires that others Bluetooths on phones, etc. are in the off position while in the vicinity.

- Answer Hello Bluetooth, Upconverts means composite video to S-Video, S-Video to component video, and component video to HDMI video signal to provide a higher quality connection to the TV, while simultaneously reducing the need to switch input sources at the TV. QuestionI purchased this turntable last night & I noticed there is no ground cable. I have it hooked up with my home stereo receiver & there is a little bit of buzzing going on. I notice there is no place to connect the ground to the turntable. Any ideas?

QuestionI have only minimal experience with a vintage record player that my parents used to use. Do I need a separate receiver for this, or does the bluetooth capability mean that I only need this table and my pre-existing bluetooth speaker setup?

QuestionFollow up to my question, even when playback is finished, it goes back to the arm rest then automatically plays again. If I leave it the record will play over and over again.

QuestionWe just purchased this turn table and have linked it to a Bose soundlink Bluetooth speaker but we can not adjust the sound at all. There is a low, medium, high output switch in the back. Is that the only way to adjust volume??

QuestionGot the product. Connects easily with my Alexa. However, even when I press stop, the tone arm goes back to the tone arm rest but automatically goes back to the vinyl.
