QuestionWhere is the bluetooth actually received and transmitted from on these headphones? Do the earpieces actually receive or transit any signal, or does all that happen at the part on that sits on the neck? (I want to minimize radiation to the brain)

QuestionI have two sets of these and both have just recently developed a scuttering audio problem when using with IOS. I have other brands that do not have the same problem. I've searched but haven't found an answer.

- Answer Same problem here. Mine is even worse. It got disconnected after 20 minutes playing music and it also got scuttering problem. It all started after iPhone ios 12.0 update. I did also 12.1 with no luck

QuestionJust bought it and it has been charging overnight and the red light is still on. But I have to keep plugging and unplugging it cause the light goes off and when I plug it up again the light is still red. Could this be a defective unit?

- Answer Perfectly normal, red just means no bluetooth connected. You can't connect bluetooth when charging.

QuestionI just purchased these 2 days ago and am still trying to figure them out. I was using LG but they didn't have them anymore. I'm used to having an app that would allow messages to come through my bluetooth. Does Sony have an app that does that?

- Answer No, Sony doesn't have that application that will work with this product. However, Google App and Siri is supported by this unit.

QuestionRecently bought these and they worked fine for a month. But now they won't charge or turn on. When I plug the charger cable in, the indicator light turns red, like normal, for a few seconds, then turns a steady blue but they won't power on. Please help.

- Answer I would say mine works in a large room like 30 feet however when you introduce walls it gets trick and lessens the didtance to 10-15 feet. I wear my ipod on my belt in a phone case so no problem.
