- Answer I use mine with my MacBook Air for Skype, conference calls and music. They should work for your dell and most computers.

According to the specifications has a multi-function button that would allow you to answer calls and play/pause a track. QuestionCan we use this headphones in PC for making Skype Calls?I am trying to make sure that this headphone can be connected in PC and used for making Skype Calls and Music Playback as well.

- Answer With a PC there is a separate input and output for listening and microphone. You would need some type of adapter to plug it into both ports at the same time, basically like a Y cable. It would probably be better to get a headset designed specifically for PC.

QuestionWhy is this model considered for iphones only? If it has a 3.5mm plug, won't it work with any phone that has the same size jack? Is the plug straight or L-shape?

- Answer The one I received doesn't say anything about for use with iphones only. I believe it can be used with any device with 3.5mm jack housing and the jack is L-shaped.

- Answer Try not to get caught up on the sound quality of earbuds of any brand or kind. They are all seriously compromised so that they can be small, easy and convenient. Simply find the ones that are compromised in such a way that you like them best. No overinflated, barely relevant spec is going to tell you this....most of all not at this price point. Try them with your favorite tunes first and forget trying to "research" their specs, it is truly fruitless

QuestionWhy can't I hear as good as when I first bought them?I bought these back in November of 2014. When I first used them the sound was great. I only had to put my volume on my IPOD to the halfway mark. It was always all the way up before. Now I have it all the way up and I'm still having problems hearing the music. I am looking for someone to help me troubleshoot some things to get it back to the great sound I use to have. I have checked my IPOD and the volume is set to be all the way up, which it always was. Another thought I had is earwax. I cleaned that out of the buds area. I took the buds off for the cleaning and feel I have them put back on all the way. It is flush to the edge of the piece it fits onto. Any ideas are appreciated.

- Answer Yes these earphones have a microphone. I don't know anything about using them with an Xbox though. But if your son says you can - I would take him at his word. I get some static and blowback when I use them with my smartphone.
