- Answer Yes, there is a mix. Bought these to play Fortnite and we can talk to each other from different rooms and to other players in the game. Can be muted.

QuestionI just got these and connected to my PS4. I can hear people on my chat but no one can hear me. I went on settings and devices and it’s all selected in the input and output for headset. I talk and no one Hears me I can only hear them. Please help. Thanks

- Answer try reconnecting them with Bluetooth or try them with the included 3.5 wire if not try restarting the ps4 if it don't work maybe bad mic on the headset exchange them

- Answer I bought them new and the code was printed on a sheet that came with them. I don’t believe there is another way because I’m sure someone already redeemed the code from the one you bought. Sorry.
