A:AnswerI had no issues with the audio....but remember i bought my camera for the purpose of having home videos for my daughter (new born baby). Sounds good to me but i dont know about how it'll sound for a band...for the price you would think good enough but i dont know...try talking to a best buy employee with expertise on this...thats what we did...we wanted high quality stuff and just for our baby and this camera cost me $1200 including the 2 year warranty where they have to replace it if i drop it or if it stops working...but so far no issues

A:AnswerAs mentioned by others, you'd need an HDMI capture card. This camera does not support USB camera mode as some DSLR or VideoCameras do. It's possible that Sony may add this in later firmware, but that is not something I would buy this camera specifically for.
A:AnswerThis unit does support exFAT. The limitation of spliting the file into multiple clips are for cameras that only support FAT32. You will not have that issue with this camera for that video length.
