“Looking for a small, unobtrusive camcorder to record an upcoming wedding. Is this viable for that purpose. I'm not looking to record a band session which is what this seems to be designed for. Does this have zoom in/out capability? Thank you.”

Hi ResQme, this camera doesn't have zoom functionality. If you're looking for compact size camcorder but with outstanding zoom features and can record dazzling videos, kindly check out the models below. - HDR-PJ670 - FDR-AX53 - HDR-CX675 I hope this helps! Dave
