• A:Answer Hard reset back to factory specs will reset everything. It's a two button push. Instructions are in manual and also online if you Google it.

Q: QuestionDoes this unit come with the harness for the head unit? I don’t see anything mentioned about it being included in the box. I get that I need the adapter harness for my specific car.

• A:Answer So it does not come with the stereo, however it was a suggested purchase when I went to check out the stereo. They sold it as "free installation with a $16 savings" or the "I'll do it myself" option suggests the $16 harness. It was worth doing it myself considering their appointment dates are a little far out, and i don't want anybody else touching my car.

Q: QuestionThe Clock function will NOT stay set to the time I set for it. When I set the Time and turn the Unit off upon turning the unit back on the time has changed by several Hours. Can this be Fixed? If so what do I have to do?

• A:Answer Try a hard reset back to factory specs ( the two button press and hold in manual). Then rest everything, clock, stations, Bluetooth phones, and see if that helps.
