While the headset still has a physical GAME/CHAT button, the on-screen "toggle" pop-up in the PS5 UI is no longer a native feature for this specific model. Instead, you can quickly adjust the balance using the buttons on the headset, or by using the PS5’s own Sound menu in the Control Center. We’ve focused on allowing you to save your custom EQ and spatial settings directly to the headset via the Sony | Sound Connect app so they stay consistent across all your devices.
