- Answer Volume control is now on the face of the unit not on the side as the vast majority of the users tend to put it in there pocket and the volume control would rub up or down on the material of there clothing and do a pocket adjust.

QuestionCan you delete songs right from the player?Unlike an ipod when you want to delete songs you need to connect it to the computer..

- Answer Hello, thank you for your message. In regards to your question, songs cannot be deleted with the player. To delete songs, connect the portable player to your computer and delete any unnecessary songs with the software originally used to transfer the files or the Windows® Explorer interface. NOTE: If the memory of the portable player is formatted, all files will be deleted. After the formatting, you cannot recover any of the data. -Oscar.

QuestionPlaying the E385 MP3 Player Through the Car RadioUsing the Hyundai special cable with an adaptor to connect to the Sony player will a Sony E385 MP3 player play through the radio & allow me to control the player with the radio controls and/or the steering wheel controls. I know it will work with an I pod but I prefer the Sony.

- Answer As long as it has an accessory input plug receiver, most vehicles have them now (2001) and over, although my truck does not have one only because it is a very basic model - not even electric windows.

QuestionRhapsody CompatibilityI am not very technically oriented. A simple question: I have subscribed to Rhapsody as a Rhapsody-to-go member. I have unlimited download privileges. Can I download music as I normally do? I don't understand technical things like DRM or how it differs from a normal MP3. I have an older SONY Walkman MP3 and it works fine on Rhapsody. Will this one work if I buy it. I think Sony is the best.. Also are the songs and artists accessible by alphabetical order like previous MP3 players? Thanks for your help.

- Answer yes you can download normally, and yes the songs and artists are accessible by alphabetical order. I have an older SONY also and they are pretty much the same, one thing I did notice tho was when you shut it off and then turn it back on it starts you back at the beginning of your play list as to the old one it starts where you left off.
