No monthly fee if you are not a playstation plus member. If you wish to join playstation plus, then the fee varies, it’s based on how long you want to be a member. 1 month is $19.99 and the cheapest. PS + allows online co-op, two free games a month, and bonus discounts on games and sales. Otherwise, it’s not something that is really needed.
