Can you buy the PS5 on display in stores?? null

Everywhere I’ve looked you can not, & everyone I asked also can’t.

Most display electronics like consoles and PCs etc are just shells with the lights in it, or completely hardware locked and you can’t do anything on them.

A buddy of mine used to work for playstation setting up the displays and demo machines. Even if you could get your hands on a demo console from a store, you could not play any games on it. It is firmware locked by the company for just that purpose. To discourage employees from fencing them.
