A:AnswerYou will have to pay online the full amount and then they will give you a time to pick it up so dont go wait outside for nothing, starts at 12am,then 3am,6am,9am,so you have four chances on launch day, november 12th 2020
A:AnswerThe sad truth is, with about a month till launch there is a very slim chance that there will be another round of pre-orders. Even if best buy gets more systems allocated to them, the logistics of doing a pre-order event this close to launch would be a nightmare, not to mention they need consoles in store to generate foot traffic (people spend more money). I would forget about pre-orders and concentrate on either launch day or finding one before the holidays.
A:Answeryou missed the first wave and the second half of a wave to gurantee you got one of the models discless or digital, now on launch day you can still have a slim chance to snatch one of them, some retailers are gonna sell them in waves starting at 12 then 3 then 6 then 9 then 12 again so people have a chance and the bots and scalpers dont get them all, this happens on november 12th.
A:AnswerJust got off the phone with Customer Service after waiting for 1.5 hours on hold. They told me they do not have ANY PS5s on stock at all and will not be going live until they get another order. They do not know when that will be. This is why the countdown was removed. Extremely upset with this info, I've been waiting since midnight. Definitely will not be wasting any more time with Best Buy.
A:AnswerI have been trying to get the same answer all the people I chatted with say we dont have any info on PS5 restock and to keep checking the site I wish they would at least say if they are even gonna get any stock back in anytime soon
A:AnswerRetailers are trying their best and each is doing their own measures but I don't think it's enough. Best Buy puts you into the queue when the stock becomes available and during the purchase steps, they will either email or text you a verification code before you can proceed with your purchase. Unfortunately the stock sells out during this window while people are working their way through the buying steps. I think all retailers need to limit PS5 sales to one unit per billing or shipping address until the initial pent up demand is met and supply is more readily available. If someone is buying 5-20 units (across multiple transactions), they are obviously not buying it for personal use.
A:AnswerThe differences between the 2 PS5s is that the Disk version ($499) will have a disk drive for physical and/or digital games and it has a built in 4k Blu Ray player. The Digital Version ($399) is a cheaper option, it has the same specs as the original but it wont have a 4k Blu ray player and pretty much ONLY for digital content. (Digital games etc)
A:AnswerI wish that I could give you a straight answer, but all that I can offer is a statement of agreement and solidarity with you. As much money as Elite and Elite Plus members spend, plus their loyalty, you would think that those loyal and long term purchasing customers would have that loyalty reciprocated by Best Buy. But I guess Best Buy is all about the money now...
A:AnswerRight now you have order online there not in stores right now. I would recommend setting up an account on bestbuy and request to get an email when the ps5 is back in stock.
A:AnswerPS5's will be available in store the day of the release. I'm sure they're going to put out more pre orders but you can go to https://www.nowinstock.net/videogaming/consoles/sonyps5/ to be notified when any website puts out pre orders. Hopes this helps!
A:AnswerUsually the best time is Tuesday through Thursday between 11 AM and 3 PM central time. Keep clicking refresh until the sold out button turns yellow. Be logged in to your Best Buy account and be persistent. If you add it to your cart and have trouble checking out, try for at least 30 minutes. Best Buy releases stock in waves to keep the entire allocation from selling out in less than a minute.
