• a single dual-sense controller and appropriate charging cord come with the unit. No docking station to charge the controller but you can plug the controller directly into the console's USB to charge it. A stand along charging dock can be purchased separately.

• No. You can charge via a USB cord from the Ps5 itself or purchase a separate charging station. I did the latter...
