• Yes, you can plug in anything that has audio output. I bought it as a bd gift for my girlfriend and she uses it for electric piano as well

• If your Vizio TV has a Bluetooth transmitter built in it should pair up. The Sony SRS X55 speaker is a passive receiver and has paired up with everything I've put it up to.
