QuestionThe wireless adapter (not included) for streaming ability-what is this and is there just one available or is this a standard wireless adapter? Cost?

- Answer This Blu-ray player is wireless ready but does not have Built In Wireless. This Blu-ray player is capable of wireless via USB Wireless LAN, with the Sony USB wireless Adapter UWA-BR100 only.- your Blu-ray player will not support 3rd party USB wlan adapters. The UWA-BR100 supports IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n If you wish wirelessly connect without the UWA-BR100 any Gaming adapter configured to your home network will connect to the LAN RJ45 port

- Answer absolutely. as with any Blu-ray player, standard 480 NTSC DVDs set to region one will play. You can also play Audio CDs as well as the following formats: Blu -Ray BD-ROM BD-R/BD-RE DVD DVD-ROM DVD-R/DVD-RW DVD+R/DVD+RW CD CD-DA (Music CD) CD-ROM CD-R/CD-RW Super Audio CD
