    • Answer Hi Ginger, Thank you for your inquiry. No, Sony SA-RS3S does not support Bluetooth function. It uses its own wireless transmission to connect with the compatible models (HT-A7000/HT-A5000/HT-A3000). Additionally, unlike the STR-DN1080 receiver which is capable of supporting Bluetooth headphones/speakers, this model doesn't have a capability to output sound to Bluetooth headphones/speakers. It has a Bluetooth receiver and not a Bluetooth transmitter. You can only connect speakers with a nominal impedance of 6 ohms to 16 ohms such as the Sony SSCS3 or SSCS5 to this AV receiver. These additional speakers enhances your home theater system so that if feels like you are entirely surrounded by incredible, immersive audio. Using the Acoustic Center Sync feature, your BRAVIA XR A80J also plays the center channel role with the soundbar as part of the 360 Spatial Sound Mapping setup, enabling sound to perfectly match what’s on the screen. The most notable difference is that the SARS5 features up-firing speaker and is entirely wireless (built-in battery) with 360 Spatial Sound Mapping to create multiple phantom speakers around your room. The HT-G700 is a great 3.1 channel system, but it's designed as a standalone setup and doesn't have the wireless capability to connect rear speakers like the SA-RS3S. The SA-RS3S speakers are optional accessories for some of our newer or more advanced systems, like: BRAVIA Theatre Bar 8 (HT-A8000), BRAVIA Theatre Bar 9 (HT-A9000), STR-AN1000 Receiver.
