  • QuestionI had one of these bluetoothed to an LG - 75" QNED.Lasted about 2 years than started to make this electronic pulsating noise. Could not shut it down. After a week it was still beeping. I cut it in half. Replaced and 1 month later same. Anyone else have it

    • Answer Yes - if the device you are listening to music on has Bluetooth capabilities, you can easily pair it with these speakers (for example, I use it to listen to music on my iPhone). If you're listening to music on a device that doesn't have Bluetooth but does have a digital audio jack, I think that could work too - that's how the speaker receiver connects to my TV, so could probably work on a tuner if it has the same option / outlet.

  • QuestionIs this product worth getting if I don't have a Sony TV and will Dolby Atmos still work? I have a high end Philips TV and a PS5 I would like to purchase these speakers but don't want to miss out on audio quality simply because I don't have a Sony TV.

    • Answer It should work with your Philips TV. I use mine with my phone while working. I use it on my TV at home. It comes with a receiver that you plug into your TV in your S video to allow her to transfer the sound to your headset. I don’t think it lots of audio quality and it can get very loud. I’ve definitely enjoyed mine. I have had it for about two months now.

To pair the neckband speaker with a second or subsequent BLUETOOTH device (of which pairing information the neckband speaker has), make sure that the neckband speaker is turned off, and then press and hold the(power)/(BLUETOOTH) button for about 5 seconds until you hear voice guidance (BLUETOOTH pairing). When the neckband speaker is in pairing mode, the indicator starts double flashing in blue.
