“Where is the volume control? I have an older model where the mic button is longer leaving space for a volume increase/decrease option. This version's mic button is much smaller and I don't see where volume control is”

This unit doesn't have a button for volume control, it does come with a Multi- Function button that with allow you to adjust the volume by using an application called Smart key.~Jeannette
