- Answer Short answer is no. - Answer Hi Jbuck, no, this is a stand-alone Blu-ray player. It does not have ports for you to be able to connect speakers from a home theater system. Regards, -Mark

QuestionHi, just bought this. I don't have a 4ktv neither a 4k receiver. I believe the picture and especially the sound when Sony UBO x800 is connected by HDMI to the receiver, are worse, as compaired to when it's not. Why is that happening? Thank you

- Answer don't know how old your TV or receiver is but you must have high seed HDMI cable. All my stuff is sony and they work together fine'

- Answer It should connect to any bluetooth headphones. I've used a pair of JBL Everests in the past and they work, so I can't see why the Bose wouldn't.

- Answer I believe that you need to go into the settings and switch the audio output to PCM. If set to auto or bitstream, your setup may not be able to decode the audio correctly. Newer amps are able to decode those audio streams, but older setups still need the PCM output (I suggest48khz).

- Answer HI It plays regular dvds, I believe that is 720p. I hope this helps you, i looked through the manual and didnt see that it wont play that 720p. we just bought and watched a movie, Christmas with the Kranks, its a regular dvd and it looks sooo good.

QuestionMy husband is an artist and would like to pause a movie to be able to capture a face, etc. Does this player pause with a clear picture as we have had others that get fuzzy in pause. Also, can it zoom in on a picture and hold the zoom for a while.

- Answer This model will easily handle DVD's as well. Just don't expect the picture quality of a DVD to be at the level of a Blu-ray disc or 4K Blu-ray disc.
