A:Answer "Best" depends on your setup. For instance, I have a 4K 60 Hz HDR TV to go along with this player. It can use the Dolby Vision feature, and I only need to worry about cable bandwidth designed for 60Hz rather than 120Hz or an 8K cable. ie Anything with more than 18 Mbps will do.
"Most compatible" is answered easily enough with: Look for cables that are labeled "certified".
I personally bought Monster 4' 4K 21 Mbps HDR cables. (One from the player to TV, the other from the player's dedicated audio output to an outdated A/V receiver). They are certified, have the bandwidth I'll need, can be found easily enough online or at Target, and are relatively affordable. I believe Best Buy has something similar in spec and price.
