A:AnswerI doubt it. This is a completely different footprint. Sony doesn't seem interested in a battery grip for this line. I think it has to do with maintaining the small size. I'm sure there will be a third party eventually.
A:AnswerThere are two grips and I'm pretty sure you need the cheaper first version for the A7. Only the battery tray is the exact same for both models.
