It seems that you’re connecting the NWZE463 Walkman to a Car Stereo/Mini HiFi unit using a stereo mini cable. Please note that the speaker of the Walkman should get disabled if stereo mini plug connector is inserted in the headphone jack of the Walkman. Since, there is audio coming from the speaker of the Walkman; it seems that the cable connected to the headphone jack of the Walkman is not the correct stereo mini cable. I suggest that you purchase another stereo mini cable and connect to the headphone jack of the Walkman.
