“Is the on button extremely oversensative? I know on another model, one of the complaints is that the player turns on too easily with a simple touch and can run the battery if the owner doesn't know its been turned on. Does this MP3 player have the same porblem and if so, is it easily correctable?”

• You can protect the player against accidental operation during transportation by setting the HOLD switch. By sliding the HOLD switch in the direction of the arrow it will prevent any further action on the touch screen to save battery life.

• Yes, the red and black have the very sensitive buttons for turning it on. Any button will turn it on, so all I can tell you is what I do handle it by the sides and be careful when you lay it down. Good luck, my husband and I have the 8GB.
