“I have the headphones and my charging case is not working I believe it go wet is there anything I can do can I just buy the case or do I have to buy a new one”

Any charging case for this model will work to charge the headphones. However, the NFC on the case to sync the phones to devices will not work correctly.

When chips or circuits sense moisture they power off and shut down until all mositure is gone. Stick in a bag of rice over night and leave the top open so rice can get i side where the buds go. And to be safe...leave in for a day. Plug in.if the red charging light comes back on...you got it. If you dont see the light...dont panic. Strong possibility the little red LED could have shorted or burnt out but the system should still workdue to its silicon coated components. Goodluck
