- Answer The same thing happened to mine. i tried to repair it just like they said on youtube. few months later broke again. I purchased these for 300.00 in 2023. They first broke in 2025. I only use them in the house to watch tv in my bedroom. Now I can not use at all and I have to purchase another pair and they are more expensive now!

QuestionThe noise canceling on my headphones is not working anymore, it was amazing at fist but after 6 months is not the same , I dont usually use them , maybe 3 times per week for no more than 2 hours.not sure what happened, I take care of them, what can I do?

- Answer Maybe you should update them. And remember that all devices should be used frequently to avoid damage from even occasional use. Maybe they need an update. If it doesn't work, or you've already done so, Sony has a one-year warranty for the headphones, which appears on one of the papers in the Sony box.

- Answer In the right headphone it is a touch pannel. In the box are the instructions but I'm gonna explain you to understand. Touch the center of the pannel and move your hand making a movement of going up to turn up de volume. From the center to down for turn down the volume.

QuestionMy new SONY WH1000XM4 Wireless headphones always seem to suddenly power off right after I make a wireless connection to my Smart TV. I usually have to power them back on and reconnect a 2nd time for them to stay on. They are fully charged when this happen

- Answer I’d use the app to make sure they’re not on auto shutoff, they’ll shutoff within 30 minutes of inactivity. If that’s not the case, try resetting and reconnecting the devices again.

QuestionAm I able to utilize the bluetooth funcitonality at the same time as the wired functionality, and use the headphones as a dual-input system? An example of this would be connecting the headphones via bluetooth to my phone and wired to my Nintnendo Switch.

QuestionAre they comfortable to sleep in? Are they heavy? I'm going on a trip that has about 26 hours of travel time in total, and would like to know if they will be in a way of sleeping in a plane or lying down.

However, if you are a side sleeper it may not be comfortable to use. - Answer I think it’s because of more of a supply and demand type of situation you’d see more people choose the more basic colors like black than the blue so I believe they have more in stock than the blue ones which make it more rare and more sought after which make it more expensive when it comes to price downs

- Answer When you take the headphones off make sure you power it down beforehand. while removing the headphones will automatically pause the music they do not power off on their own.

- Answer Hey! This happened to me and the headphones would only hold 10%. Hold down the power button for at least 30 seconds. That should reset them and they should work again.
