It was a direct question, and somewhat missed! What about someone in the passengers seat, or backseat using them. And lets not forget the kids listening to a video during a long drive, and that is not illegal to do. Just something else to consider.

If your car audio's Bluetooth mode has Bluetooth transmitter, you can pair these headphones. However, most car audio's Bluetooth can only receive Bluetooth signal from the source device such as mobile phones, tablets, etc. In this case, you can use the supplied headphones cable to listen to your music.
