It depends on the type of glasses you have really. I have bulky plastic legs on my glasses and when I wear the headphones on the go, I only notice them slightly (resulting in me having to adjust the size). It's more when you wear them in a still environment that you truly notice, however, this when I usually take off my glasses and my comfortability is magnified tenfold. If you have thinner metal legs on your glasses you should be fine. I will probably remedy my bulky plastic legs by getting some much needed thinner glasses. Good luck on your search for some comfortable headphones and if you are still unsure you could consider getting some BOSE headphones, although, they will cost about $300+ more. Happy hunting.
