“can i take this to a gym and have a 1 hour work out and sweat everywhere. how does it hold up?”

If you choose to use your WH-1000XM6 headphones for light gym use, we highly advise using third-party sweat covers to protect the earpads and electronics and to thoroughly wipe down the headphones with a dry cloth after each use. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can use them up to 14 hrs or more probably the best battery that holds up for usage for the sweat i believe they hold up you'll just have a dampy headphone pads when you finish with the workout.
