QuestionTried to use these on an overseas flight, plugging in with a usb cable. Nothing happened. Couldn’t get them to work. Do they not work plugged in for watching movies while flying?

- Answer Hi, Smithy! Unfortunately, it is only designed to be wireless. The cable is for charging the headphones. You may want to consider the WH-1000XM3 which gives you the option for a wired connection. - Answer Hi Princess, It comes with a Micro-USB cable. Bluetooth wireless technology operates within a range of about 10 m (30 feet). Maximum communication range may vary depending on obstacles (the human body, metal, walls, etc.) or electromagnetic environments. Connection to your box will depend if it supports Bluetooth connection. The headphones will support the following Bluetooth profiles: -A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) -AVRCP (Audio Video Remote Control Profile) -HFP (Hands-free Profile) -HSP (Headset Profile) Regards, ~Ralph

- Answer I use the headphones to connect via Bluetooth to my Samsung 10e, mainly to listen to podcasts, and they work fine. I don't know whether a PS4 will recognize them or not but seems as though it should if it has Bluetooth connectivity.
