Ordered mine on August 6, 2020. Was told they would ship about a week later (August 14). Then I get an alert from Best Buy saying that the shipping was delayed. It says that if they can't ship it by Friday August 21, then I will be refunded! Funny how on their website they are still trapping people into buying these with the promise they will ship in 2 business days only to have their order delayed. Bait and switch! I have now ordered a pair from Target and will take the ones from Best Buy back as soon as they arrive. Why advertise that they would get here so fast when all you're going to do is delay everyone's order? So DO NOT expect these to ship to you fast. Better to try your luck with another retailer like Target or Amazon. The ones I got from Target will be here by Friday (August 21).

Got an email on the fifteenth saying the shipping has been delayed and the order will be cancelled if Best Buy is unable to ship them by the 22nd. Two questions Best Buy: 1. Why take orders under the pretense the item is available but other places--e.g. amazon, target, walmart--say the item will be available at a later time and all orders are just pre-orders? 2. Repeat number 1 I kinda feel a little lied to.

Getting the headphones shipped to me tomorrow via Target, and will be returning the ones from Best Buy, if they ever do ship.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I ordered on the 8th, the page said it would ship by the 14th, it is now the 16th and the order says delayed. I went with Best Buy because the ship date was a week before everybody's goto online retailer's release date of the 21st. As of the 16th, their release date has moved up to the 18th while Best Buy just says they'll cancel the order if it doesn't ship by the 22nd. I would buy from a more reliable retailer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Today is August 18th. I placed my order on the 14th, got my shipping confirmation on the 17th, and have an expected delivery date of the 19th. It sounds like others have had their orders delayed, but I didn’t experience that problem. Everything has flowed within the estimated times given when I placed my order.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.08/18/20 12:00 PM. Addition to previous answer. Received notice that shipment is ready and waiting on UPS to pickup. No promise date for delivery. In the meantime, I went to Target's website and ordered this from them at7:22 AM this morning. I picked the headphones up at about 10:00 AM this morning at Target. When I get the headphones from Best Buy, they will be returned.

I can't speak to Target and what they're doing, BUT i want to give a warning to those ordering from Amazon....they show they aren't stocked with the item till the 31st with earliest delivery dates being around first week of September (that's with Prime btw). People here have talked about Amazon having them already and I thought so too but realized that I was looking at the XM3's...they pop up prominently as an Amazon choice when u type in XM4. So just fyi don't confuse last year's model with the XM4. XM4 not being shipped yet by Amazon.
