Q: QuestionCan not hear anything in the headset. The power is on, connections are all good. I tried changing the channels and tried the auto tune. The green light is on. The stand light is red when I put it on the stand. The volume is turned up. Got any suggestions?

Q: QuestionI received the WHRF400 headphones as a gift. My TV was set up by The Geek Squad and runs through Marantz sound system with a 1/4" audio jack input on the front of the receiver. The jack from the Sony headphones will not fit the 1/4" adapter????

• A:Answer I purchased one item—a headphone that was packaged in a box. It plugs into the TV. That is, it is not Bluetooth but rather the receiver for the headphones has a charger unit which also plugs into the TV via RCA cables (which I used because I have an older TV). I suppose if your TV has additional jacks, you could buy 2 sets of headphones. But they would be sold separately. BTW—these provide a good range (45 feet distant and downstairs from the TV or even outside) with solid sound. Worked out much better for me than originally purchased Bluetooth Sonys.

Q: QuestionWhat if one person wanted to use the headphones and the other wanted to use the sound from the TV - can the sound be adjusted independently (in other words can the person with the headphones on control just the sound in the headphones?).
