“How do I turn the earphones? I’ve tried everything and the light will not go on. I just held down the on button and now it is flashing alternate red and blue. What gives.”

If is flashing red and blue it means is trying to connect to the Bluetooth

If you're holding the middle button down and it's not coming on odds are it needs to be charged. If it's fully charged then you got a defective set. Sorry

Hi Customer, Simply press the power button on the right side of the headphones. NOTE: Lights up in red while charging.
