QuestionWill these earbuds talk to you? For example, when I press the on button will they say "power on". Or when in pairing mode will they say "pairing" . My Sony headphones do talk and it is a nice feature.

- Answer My husband watches Netflix and/or Prime daily on his iPhone using these Bluetooth headphones. So any Bluetooth device (phone or TV) should connect fine as the sound source!

- Answer Turn on both Devices. Make Sure that at Settings on your Phone is Searching for All Devices. Press the Circle on the Wireless Headset and Hold it Down Until it Flashes Red...You Should See the Device On Your Phone as WI-300. Note: ...it took me a couple of (on/off) for these to coincide. Keep at it it'll eventually work. Good Luck!!!

- Answer No, I’ve tried on multiple occasions to charge these while using them and it will not work at all. The best thing to do is let them charge for about an hour and you can got for about 4 hrs on just an hour charge!!!!

- Answer If you have not connected it to any other device before, you turn on the headphones by holding the power button down (about 2 seconds) until you hear "power on" from the headphones and it'll automatically go into pairing mode if it hasn't been paired before, then you can go into your smartphone's Bluetooth settings and should see "WI-C300" in the list to click on and pair. If the headphones have been paired to another device before, you hold the power button down for about 7 seconds until you hear "Bluetooth pairing" and you'll then see it in the Bluetooth list on your smartphone. For iOS, it is Settings>Bluetooth and for Android it's generally the same where you go into your phone's settings with the exception of the quick settings menu for easier access.

- Answer Sony's manual says if they're powered on and you plug them in to charge, they will automatically turn off to charge (which is best). The light will be red when charging and turns off when the battery is fully charged (about 2 hours from a dead battery using a recommended 5W charger, such as an included iPhone charger).

- Answer I've connected them with my MacBook Pro and this is how I did it to make sure it was detected easily: Open System Preferences>click Bluetooth>turn on Bluetooth on your MacBook Pro>hold the power button on the headphones until you hear "power on" and then see if "WI-C300" pops up in the list with "pair" next to it. If it doesn't click the back button at the top of the System Preferences window to go back to the preferences pane and then click Bluetooth again. If it doesn't pop up, there may be an issue going on.

- Answer Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is on and searching for devices in the Bluetooth menu. On the headset, press and hold the power button (do not let go) and the device with a name of "WI-C300" should appear in the list of devices on your phone. Connect with WI-C300 and once connected, let go of the power (pairing) button.
