QuestionHow do they fit in your ears??????

- Answer I have smaller than 'normal' ear openings, so I was pleasantly surprised that the fit is nearly perfect. They stay put even during exercise and running.

QuestionIs the connecting wire comfortable?Is the wire that wraps around the back comfortable? Everyone's head/neck is different but I'm concerned that the wire might flap around on my neck while I'm running and get really annoying.

- Answer Hello Larry! This unit works with the following profiles since it acts as a receiver of a Bluetooth signal: A2DP, AVRCP, HSP, HFP. In order to use it with your devices, it will be necessary for them to be compatible with the previews profiles as well as to act as Bluetooth transmitters which as for most of Sony television will not be possible without the use of an external Bluetooth transmitter connected through the audio out port.~ Jeannette

QuestionJust got the headphones. They fit comfortably; however, the volume is VERY low. I have an iPhone 6 and the volume is turned up all the way. I've tried turning up the headphones and that doesn't work. Any way to increase the volume that i'm not doing?

- Answer you can increase the volume of headphones by pressing the multi function button twice and then holding the button on second press. You will hear a beep indicating max volume has reached. Other thing that might be affecting your music experience is incorrect pair of earbud connectors. Try all the sizes and see which one fits the best. That can also make a big difference, atleast in my opinion.

QuestionWhen I am charging the headphones and the red light comes on , dose the red light go off when it is fully charged or do I have to time it and guess when they are fully charged ?
