I have smaller than 'normal' ear openings, so I was pleasantly surprised that the fit is nearly perfect. They stay put even during exercise and running.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's very simple. For the right ear, you insert the earpiece into your ear canal and give it a slight clockwise twist (opposite for the left) for a nice snug fit. There are extra earpieces if the out of the box ones don't fit.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The curved end goes into the curved part of your ear. I usually put the round ends in my ear and do a little twist to make them snug. The right side will come out with a lot of jumping but overall the fit is pretty decent.
