“I have a Samsung TV connected to a Sony HT-CT800 soundbar, via ARC HDMI, Also have two Sony SRS-ZR5 rear speakers. Is there any way to have the TV sound on the soundbar and the two rear speakers at the same time.”

The rear speakers must be connected to the soundbar. If the soundbar does not support additional speaker connections, it will not be possible to have audio on all speakers at the same time. A receiver may be needed.
