By connecting 2 speakers via BLUETOOTH connection, you can enjoy a more powerful sound. One speaker plays the left channel and one plays the right. The XV800 wireless party speaker has amazing omnidirectional sound, ambient lights, an IPX4 rating for water resistance, up to 25 hours of battery life, and an X-Balanced speaker that delivers distortion-free lows. Approx. 15 hours (default) Volume level: 14 Sound: MEGA BASS on Lighting: on NOTE: When using the speaker for the first time, be sure to charge the built-in battery for more than 1 hour before turning on the speaker. With the built-in battery charged in advance, you can use the speaker solely with battery power. Specs, and yes even watts can be measured in different ways. For example receivers, take a look at the wattage, then see number of speakers driven, and distortion rates. All of which vary greatly. Also, watts do not tell you how efficient the drivers are, or any of the components that help the speaker sound great.
