• Hi ER, The headphones can be paired with multiple devices but can only be use from one paired device at time for the same function. Pairing it with a smartwatch will also depend if the device supports Bluetooth headphones. • I am not sure as I paired mine with a Bluetooth transmitter and they paired well. I would imagine that your watch is Bluetooth enabled so I think they should. Headphones have very good reproduction for the orice
