• You already got answers as to how to mount the sound bar to a wall but your question also says "mount the Insignia Sound Bar to the bottom of the 40" Insignia TV" In such case there is a sound bar mounting bracket set that attaches the sound bar under the TV set and is fastened onto the TV's VESA screw holes (in the back of the TV set).... Try searching at the major online retailers

• The back of the soundbar has the keyholes so you would just drill a couple of screws into the wall and the soundbar would hang off those screws.
